Tips for a good project proposal

  1. 1

Open with the client's problem in their own words.

  2. 2

Keep the scope to what you will deliver, and list what is not included.

  3. 3

Give one price, or two options at most.

  4. 4

Add a signature line so the proposal doubles as the acceptance.

Questions

Can a proposal be signed like a contract?

Yes. When the client signs it, the proposal records that they accepted the scope and price. For larger projects, follow it with a service agreement.

Can I change the wording?

Yes. Open the template in SignKaro, fill in the blanks, and change any line yourself or ask the built-in AI to rewrite a clause. Then send it for signature.

Is this template legal advice?

No. It is a plain-language starting point. Laws differ by country and state, so ask a lawyer to review contracts that carry real risk.
