What SignKaro is
SignKaro lets you upload or create a document, place fields, and collect simple electronic signatures with an audit certificate.
SignKaro does not issue Aadhaar eSign, digital signature certificates, or advanced or qualified electronic signatures. Some documents need those, or a handwritten signature, stamp duty or registration. You decide whether an electronic signature suits your document. SignKaro does not give legal advice.
Your account
Use an email address you control. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Acceptable use
Do not use SignKaro for fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, spam, or anything illegal. Send documents only to people you have a reason to contact. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we may report illegal activity.
Your documents
You own the documents you upload and create. You let SignKaro store, process and send them only as needed to provide the service. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
Templates and AI
Templates and AI suggestions are starting points, not legal advice. Read every document before you send it. Ask a lawyer to review contracts that carry real risk.
Plans and billing
Free during early access: every feature, including team members, branding, bulk send, and audit export. AI drafting is limited to 10 actions a month for each person. You do not pay anything during early access.
Availability
We work to keep SignKaro available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of important signed documents.
Stopping
You can stop using SignKaro at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service or an account with notice, except for abuse, where we may act at once.
Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Using SignKaro after a change means you accept the new terms.
