About SignKaro
Why SignKaro exists
Getting a contract signed should not need a printer, a scanner, or a sales call. Most e-signature tools are built for large companies, priced per seat, and limit how many documents you can send in a year.
SignKaro does one job: you upload a PDF, show where to sign, and send it. Your client signs on their phone without making an account, and everyone gets the signed copy with a certificate.
Who builds it
SignKaro is built and run by an independent software engineer. The same person writes the code, answers support email, and decides what gets built next.
Write to support@signkaro.org with a question, a bug, or a feature you need. A person reads every message.
How it works under the hood
SignKaro runs on Cloudflare. Each document has its own record that logs every step, from the first upload to the last signature. Each log entry includes a fingerprint of the entry before it, so a changed line shows up.
The file you upload is never changed. When everyone has signed, SignKaro writes the signatures into a copy, adds a certificate page, and emails it to everyone on the document.
What SignKaro is not
SignKaro creates simple electronic signatures. It does not issue certified digital signatures such as Aadhaar eSign or a DSC, and it is not a substitute for them where the law requires one.
